It’s been 3 years since I’ve joined Snapdeal but to me it only seems as if it was yesterday. This has been my first job since graduation and I’ve never had to look out for any other job since then. I’ve received an outstanding rating consecutively for the last 3 years. The Internal Job Progression (IJP) at Snapdeal has also given me the opportunity to grow my role and work with different teams. One of the best things about working at Snapdeal is that hard work gets recognized. Last year when things weren’t great, my family advised me to look out for another job. I told them that Snapdeal will rise again and I see it happening now. My family is extremely happy to see me working here.
Snapdeal has a special place in my life as I found my love here. I’ll be marrying him next year.
