I\u2019ve been working with Snapdeal for the last 3 years. I was initially a part of the customer experience team. Due to my initial performance and an inclination towards analytics, I got an opportunity to move horizontally to the category pricing team. The teams and my managers were extremely supportive in helping me make this switch. It\u2019s been a great learning experience for me personally. After joining Snapdeal, I\u2019ve got a chance to improve my skills in SQL, Vertica. I\u2019m still learning new things.<\/p>\n
The biggest blessing of working at Snapdeal is the culture. There are new learning opportunities for everyone irrespective of the team or role. There is no restriction in learning new technology or new processes. Snapdeal is the third company that I\u2019ve worked for and I\u2019ve never experienced this kind of work culture.<\/p>\n
My present plan is to expand my learning and give my all to my work. I recently won the Rockstar award for running the seller listing process smoothly and achieving my goals in the given time.<\/p>\n
Snapdeal has helped me become who I am and helped me grow as a person. It has also provided me with the necessary training and my colleagues here have supported me at every step.
