I joined Snapdeal in 2014. It’s been my first job after college & has given me an amazing platform to learn multiple things. I find the environment here very dynamic & exciting. Being my first job there were a lot of goof ups. I feel that I’ve received the right amount of support & good constructive criticism from my managers. It has helped me grow a lot professionally.
One of the biggest blessings of working with Snapdeal is the overall environment and the freedom to voice your opinion. It’s easy to communicate your point of view and it leads to very healthy discussions. The growth that I’ve experienced over the past few years has been incredible.
Every day feels like a brand new day at Snapdeal. There is still a lot to be learned by me. The last 6 months at Snapdeal have been phenomenal for me. It feels great when you achieve your goals consistently.
