I joined Snapdeal in 2015 and I’m currently working as a software engineer in customer experience development team. I’m developing a chat system, which will ease the communication with the consumers timely and smoothly for their queries. My understanding of automation and web services have improved a lot in the last 4 years. The training you get as an engineer at Snapdeal is very good. I got multiple opportunities to increase my technical knowledge through various training programs.
The best part of working at Snapdeal has been the ability to get new projects basis your interests. The overall work-culture of Snapdeal is very good. The coordination between teams and the pace of work is so good that you generally never miss timelines and also don’t have to compromise on a healthy work-life balance.
