Wanderlooms – Gear Up for Adventure in Style
Wanderlooms, an adventure apparel and merchandise brand, presented a unique offering for the “atrangi riders” of India. Aiming to outfit adventurous spirits traveling from Ladakh to Spiti, Wanderlooms specializes in high-performance gear, including polygeny-treated bandanas that prevent bacterial growth, ensuring comfort on long rides. Their pitch included an ask of ₹50 Lakhs for 2.5% equity, with a focus on creating utility products designed for the demanding needs of adventure enthusiasts. The Sharks were intrigued by the combination of style, functionality, and the growing adventure tourism trend in India. Could this brand be the next big thing for thrill-seekers? Time will tell!

Ugees – The Ultimate Solution for Innerwear Care
Next up was Ugees, a brand that promises to change the way we wash our innerwear. Asking for ₹50 Lakhs for 2.5% equity, Ugees introduces a specialized detergent that ensures a perfect wash for innerwear without compromising on quality. Unlike regular detergents, Ugees helps prevent skin infections and irritations, making it an ideal product for anyone with sensitive skin. It’s also particularly beneficial for menstruating women, as the detergent is both anti-fungal and anti-bacterial. The washing process is quick, taking only 30-40 seconds, making it convenient for daily use. The Sharks recognized the potential in this niche market, especially with growing awareness around hygiene and skin health. Could Ugees become a household name for personal care?

AltF Coworking – Redefining Coworking Spaces for Small Businesses
AltF, a coworking space provider, pitched a business model that caters specifically to micro-businesses and small proprietorships with fewer than 30 employees. Their unique approach involves acquiring properties on a profit-sharing basis with landlords, eliminating the need for upfront capital investment and long-term rental liabilities. This model ensures high building occupancy rates and reduces market volatility, providing stability even in fluctuating real estate markets. Currently operating in 11 locations across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida with 5,600 seats, AltF has plans to expand to 11,100 seats. They offer competitive pricing ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹12,000 per seat per month, focusing on providing superior customer experience and tech-enabled services. Their ask was ₹1 Crore for 0.75% equity, a deal the Sharks found intriguing due to its scalability and innovative model for small businesses. Could AltF redefine the coworking space industry for micro businesses?
