I have done my post-graduation in marketing & supply chain and was very keen to work in the supply chain domain. Snapdeal provided me this wonderful opportunity and I joined in December 2014.
I handle the order verification process and led a project to optimize this process, which led to significant reduction in operating costs. For this I received the Rockstar Award in May 2018, which was a great recognition for the work done.
One of the best things about working at Snapdeal is the constant support of the team. The work environment is amazing for women. When I had my second baby last year, the company and my team supported me in every way possible. The day care facilities provided make it very easy for me to balance my work with my family. The positivity at work also spreads to my family.
