He started small but with the zeal to make a difference, he transformed the idea into a full fledged business that could serve the needs of many people far and wide. The journey from a 60 square feet to a 4000 square feet workspace
I belong to a small town near Ayodhya known as Tanda. Soon after completing my studies in 2013, I was exploring my career options thinking whether to get into a job or get associated with my father’s business. In the same period my grandfather was not keeping well and we faced lots of trouble in arranging medicines and medical equipments for him.
While we were struggling for arranging the medicines for my ailing grandfather, E-commerce was trending and I found an opportunity in this as I wondered why not get the medicines & medical equipment delivered at people’s doorstep. I initiated some research and set up my venture in 2014. I found Snapdeal to be the best for selling products in the health sector as most E-commerce were still not open to this category.
Snapdeal fuelled my ambition to be an entrepreneur
Soon after registering and listing our products on Snapdeal, we realised that our products were reaching out customers pan India. We felt great that operating from a 60 square feet office, we were able to connect with customers across the country and get our products delivered to them. We have been thankful for this partnership with Snapdeal as they empowered me to fulfil my ambition to be an entrepreneur.

We have grown 200% more than last year and hope that with continued hard work and support from Snapdeal, we will continue on our growth trajectory. The seller platform of Snapdeal has some of the best user friendly features starting from the dashboard, which is easy to understand and handy to operate. One can easily see the number of orders placed and the number of orders to be manifested. Secondly, listing is one of the most convenient and swift features on the platform. The payments structure are absolutely transparent which enables us to a great extent to plan our capital and inventory.
Working with Snapdeal has been a transformational for my career
There was a time where I was looking out for a job and now I have a 10 member team who are looking after daily operational activities. Our aspirations don’t have a limit with Snapdeal. We have recently launched our private label and are about to shift into a big office of 4000 square feet in the next financial year. My brother has joined me too to help me with this expansion and we are together looking forward to hit many more milestones.
